Noom is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive the adoption of Noom Health among employers in the Western United States. This role focuses on building strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision-makers to expand Noom's impact in the employer space.

The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for driving growth of enterprise employer accounts through successful sales execution. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with benefits brokers and consultants, generating new business through strategic networking, developing customized proposals using consultative selling techniques, negotiating contracts and partnership agreements, and developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience in digital health, with at least 2 years in a closing role. A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial, creative, and resourceful mindset are also required. The ability to travel to clients and conferences as needed (25-35%) is necessary.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $230,000 per year, inclusive of base salary and commission.
