The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle of strategic retail accounts, from pipeline generation to deal closure and long-term account growth. Key responsibilities include developing and managing a robust pipeline, leading complex negotiations with senior stakeholders, creating tailored value propositions, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to structure and implement deals. Additionally, the role involves leveraging data analytics and AI tools for decision-making and ensuring smooth transitions from signed deals to operational teams.

Candidates should possess over five years of experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or omnichannel environments, with a strong track record in enterprise B2B sales. Proven experience in managing long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders is essential. The role requires excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, strong commercial and financial acumen, and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
