As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Wolt, you will be instrumental in expanding our corporate offerings by establishing and nurturing relationships with large organizations. Wolt, a technology-driven company operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, is dedicated to making local commerce effortless. In this role, you will collaborate closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams to tailor solutions that meet diverse business needs, positioning Wolt as a trusted partner in enhancing workplace experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, prospecting, and securing new corporate clients throughout Poland. You will manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities through structured outreach and consultative selling, develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Wolt for Work in Poland, and establish strategic partnerships that benefit from our services. Additionally, you will drive and manage the growth of existing accounts, act as a trusted advisor to client representatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a compelling market proposition.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within enterprise or mid-market segments. Experience with consultative sales and long-cycle deal management is essential, along with familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive. A proactive self-starter with a customer-focused mindset, you should possess excellent commercial and strategic thinking abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in both English and Polish is required.

The total target compensation (On-Target Earnings) for this role ranges from 14,622 PLN to 17,500 PLN gross per month.
