Enterprise Sales Representative
ABC Legal Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to drive high-value client acquisition and long-term enterprise growth. This role is designed for a pure enterprise hunter who can land complex organizations, retain strategic relationships, and scale accounts over time. The successful candidate will own the full enterprise sales motion—land, retain, scale—serving as a strategic partner to clients while aligning their operational needs with ABC Legal’s long-term vision.
Key responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and closing new enterprise B2B clients through disciplined outbound and inbound efforts. The role involves leading consultative discovery conversations with senior decision-makers, managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, and building and maintaining strong executive-level client relationships. Additionally, the representative will partner with onboarding and account management teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption, identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a high-quality client experience.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of enterprise or complex B2B sales experience, preferably in services, SaaS, or solution-based selling environments. Demonstrated success in landing and expanding large, multi-location, or multi-stakeholder accounts is essential. Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strategic and consultative mindset focused on long-term value creation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) are required. The candidate should be self-directed, disciplined, performance-driven, and comfortable working remotely with occasional travel.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a starting salary of $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, plus commission.
