Entry Level Loan Processor

Latitude Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Loan Processor to join our growing team in Frederick, Maryland. As an Entry-Level Loan Processor, you will be responsible for completing and processing all applications submitted by agents, ensuring the accuracy of information provided, and including all necessary forms when forwarding to insurance and security agencies. You will also submit completed applications to the appropriate agencies, follow up on pending applications to keep the process moving forward, research and analyze application issues to provide problem resolution, and respond to agents' requests in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. While at least two years of customer experience is preferred, it is not required. A working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures is also preferred.

Latitude Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year. Additional benefits and perks may be discussed during the interview process.
