Escrow and Payment Solutions Director

SRS Acquiom is seeking an Escrow and Payment Solutions Director to oversee client relationships throughout the lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and loan agency transactions. This role involves coordinating pre-closing solicitation, payment, and escrow processes from deal initiation through closing and post-closing administration. The director will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including attorneys, private equity professionals, and CFOs, ensuring accurate and timely payments and settlements.
