Estate Planning/Probate Attorney
Goosmann Law Firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning/Probate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans and manage probate processes, ensuring their assets are protected and wishes honored. As part of our dedicated legal team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional service and upholding our firm's commitment to excellence.
In this position, you will be responsible for drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, as well as guiding clients through the probate process. Your day-to-day work will include conducting client consultations, developing tailored estate plans, and representing clients in probate court proceedings. Additionally, you will collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide holistic legal solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a client-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
