Events Manager
The Events Manager will assist in the execution of our global events and experiential marketing program, internally and externally. You’ll help translate brand, go-to-market, and company priorities into experiences that drive pipeline, strengthen customer trust, and bring our culture to life.
From industry tentpoles and customer summits to Sales Kickoff (SKO), President’s Club, and executive offsites, you’ll help make sure our most important moments are intentional, well-run, and memorable for the right reasons.
This is a hands-on contributor role for someone who knows how to turn moments into momentum with customers, prospects, and our own people.
What You’ll Do
Event Execution
- Manage and execute events (logistics, cross team collaboration, budget management, communication) across both external and internal programs
- Execute events across brand, demand, customer marketing, sales enablement, and company culture teams
- Perform against clear success metrics tied to business outcomes (pipeline, expansion, retention, alignment, morale)
- Assist with execution of major global events including:
- Industry tentpoles (CES, Cannes, RSA, Black Hat, etc.)
- Owned experiences (customer summits, executive dinners, roundtables)
- Internal events (Sales Kickoff, President’s Club, company offsites, leadership meetings)
- Ensure every experience ladders to a clear narrative, audience strategy, and intended outcome
- Balance creative ambition with operational excellence strong production fundamentals and fiscal discipline
Vendor Management
- Manage agency, production, and vendor relationships per event
- Follow and execute scalable processes, playbooks, and decision frameworks
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, People/HR, Communications, and Executive Leadership
