The Role
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our C-suite. This is not a traditional EA role—you'll be a true partner to leadership, anticipating needs, managing complex logistics, and ensuring executives can focus on the highest-leverage work.
You'll manage demanding calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate travel on short notice, prepare materials for board meetings and partner negotiations, and serve as a key point of contact between leadership and internal teams, external partners, and investors.
What You'll Do
- Manage extremely dynamic calendars, prioritizing ruthlessly and resolving conflicts before they become problems
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, often with same-day changes
- Prepare and organize materials for board meetings, partner presentations, and internal reviews
- Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders across the company
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively—often before they're articulated
- Manage expense reporting and administrative workflows
- Support planning for team events and offsites
