ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our GTM organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can think outside the box, juggle multiple tasks with ease, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.

This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to some of our GTM leaders (currently 1 SVP and 1 VP), including calendar optimization, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
