Executive Assistant (People Operations) (Hybrid)

The Executive Assistant (People Operations) at KnowBe4 provides comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the People Operations team. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient operation of the department and the organization as a whole. Key responsibilities include managing the CHRO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, hotel accommodations, and rental cars. The Executive Assistant also handles meeting logistics, including setup and cleanup when necessary, and completes monthly expense reconciliations for the CHRO's corporate credit card and out-of-pocket expenses. Additional duties involve preparing and managing documents, supporting external requests for speaking engagements and awards, conducting research projects, and creating presentations and reports as directed by the CHRO.

The ideal candidate will have relevant prior experience in a professional support role, with strong proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Experience with web browsers like Chrome and Internet Explorer is also required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good computer skills, and exceptional time management and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
