The Executive, Ecommerce role at WPP Media involves managing performance marketing campaigns across various e-commerce and media platforms. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and reports to the E-commerce Manager. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
Key responsibilities include developing a strong understanding and hands-on execution of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Tiki, as well as media systems like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. The role requires managing the entire campaign lifecycle, from setup and execution to optimization and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Additionally, the Executive will continuously monitor and optimize campaigns by managing bidding, audience targeting, budget pacing, and conversion performance to drive traffic and sales.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Media & Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing or a related digital media role. Proven expertise in setting up and optimizing campaigns on e-commerce platforms and off-platform advertising systems is essential. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting are required, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
