Executive - Programmatic
The Executive - Programmatic role at WPP Media involves collaborating with global teams to deliver high-impact programmatic advertising solutions. As part of the Global Operations Centre, the executive will work closely with counterparts in the United States, Europe, and Asia to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization. Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with regional teams, leading the training and growth of the local programmatic team, and enforcing best practices in platforms like DV360 and TrueView. The executive will be accountable for delivering consistent, high-quality outputs, serving as a point of escalation for the team, and providing career development and coaching to team members. Additionally, the role involves supporting capacity planning and resource management, as well as presenting effective communication across all levels.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of professional experience in digital media, preferably within a media agency or trading desk. Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM, GA360) and other top AdTech and MarTech platforms is essential. Experience in client presentations, programmatic strategy, and new business pitches is also required. Hands-on knowledge of programmatic platforms, a clear strategic mindset for business development, and competence in Microsoft Office software are important. Experience with local programmatic players and measurement providers is advantageous.
