Expeditor

Latitude Inc. is seeking a dedicated Expeditor to join our manufacturing team in Westminster and Manchester, MD. As an integral part of our operations, the Expeditor will ensure the seamless flow of parts and jobs through the manufacturing process, contributing to our commitment to delivering high-quality products on time.

In this role, the Expeditor will be responsible for tracking parts and jobs through the manufacturing process and routers, following work orders through machining, inspection, and completion. The individual will identify bottlenecks and delays, working collaboratively with the team to resolve them, and communicate job status updates to supervisors and management. Additionally, the Expeditor will motivate and encourage shop floor personnel to meet deadlines and build strong working relationships across departments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between various departments. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting production deadlines.
