We’re currently looking for a English-Expert Rater to help raise the standard of digital advertising quality. Based remotely in one of our locations - India, you’ll join a dynamic team of analysts, data scientists, and expert raters working on impactful projects for global tech giants. 
 
What You’ll Do 
- Analyze, review, and evaluate digital ads in English with a deep understanding of quality benchmarks. 
- Set and uphold rating standards to support the training of AI models. 
- Tackle complex, language-based tasks and provide guideline-aligned solutions. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve user experiences. 
 
Ideal Candidate 
- Has a background (or interest) in AI training, translation, linguistics, or data analysis. 
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of U.S. culture, current events, and digital media trends.
- Thinks analytically, solves problems creatively, and communicates clearly. 
- Enjoys exploring human interpretation, cultural nuance, and digital content trends. 
- Has a keen eye for detail and a love of tech, language, and internet culture. 
 
Requirements 
- Native-level fluency in English.
- Residing in India.
- Strong computer skills and access to a reliable internet connection. 
- Familiarity with online search tools and content platforms. 
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines. 
- Able to sign NDA and standard agreements as required. 
- A personal computer and a smartphone are required for this role.
