Family Law Associate Attorney

Goosmann Law Firm is seeking a dedicated Family Law Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our firm, you will work alongside experienced attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services to clients navigating family law matters. Our firm is committed to delivering exceptional legal counsel with a focus on client-centered solutions.

In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload involving divorce, child custody, adoption, and other family law issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, representing clients in court proceedings, and negotiating settlements. Collaboration with clients to develop case strategies and providing them with clear, compassionate guidance throughout the legal process will be essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of two years of experience in family law is preferred. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a commitment to ethical practice are required. The ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work collaboratively within a team environment is also essential.
