Federal Compliance Program Manager (FedRAMP, IL5 and IL6 Compliance)
Zscaler is seeking an experienced Federal Compliance Program Manager to join its Technology Risk & Compliance team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated compliance frameworks for FedRAMP and Department of Defense (DoD) authorizations, including Impact Levels 5 and 6 (IL5 and IL6). The position offers flexibility for remote work within the United States, with a preference for candidates near the San Jose, CA office for a hybrid schedule.
The Federal Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for developing and sustaining compliance frameworks that align with FedRAMP and DoD authorization requirements. Key duties include continuous monitoring, managing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring that compliance activities are seamlessly integrated into broader business processes. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, security, and business teams, as well as external assessors and federal agencies, to effectively communicate compliance requirements and monitor adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience managing FedRAMP, DoD IL5, and IL6 compliance programs from initiation to completion. An active U.S. Secret or Top Secret/SCI security clearance is mandatory. The role demands expertise in assessing containerized applications, Kubernetes environments, and AI/ML technologies, along with experience working with FedRAMP 20x compliance processes. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, complemented by certifications such as CISSP, is required.
Zscaler offers a competitive base salary ranging from $122,500 to $175,000 USD, excluding potential commissions, bonuses, equity, and benefits.
