Field Collection (Bali)

Amar Bank is seeking a Field Collection Officer to join our Collection Retail Circle team in Bali. As a leading digital bank in Indonesia, we are committed to providing innovative financial solutions to our customers. This role is integral to maintaining the quality of our loan portfolio and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Field Collection Officer will be responsible for conducting visits to Tunaiku customers who are in arrears, performing investigations and searches for these customers, and negotiating the settlement of arrears. The role also involves minimizing risks associated with the billing process, achieving set targets, and coordinating with related units both internally and externally to implement strategies and meet objectives.

Candidates should have a minimum of a high school education, possess a motorcycle with an active SIM C and STNK, and be familiar with the Bali area. Experience in customer visits related to installment payments is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
