Field Collection (Jabodetabek)

The Field Collection role at Amar Bank involves engaging directly with customers in the Jabodetabek area who have overdue payments. As part of the Digital Operations & Strategy team, the Field Collector plays a crucial role in maintaining the bank's financial health by ensuring timely debt recovery. Amar Bank is a digital banking institution licensed and regulated by OJK, offering secure and reliable fintech-based primary banking services such as savings, deposits, lending, and transfers.

Key responsibilities include conducting visits to Tunaiku customers in arrears, investigating and locating customers with overdue payments, and negotiating settlements to resolve outstanding debts. The Field Collector is also tasked with minimizing risks associated with the billing process and coordinating with both internal and external units to develop and implement effective collection strategies.

Candidates must have a minimum of a high school education and possess a motorcycle with an active SIM C and STNK. Familiarity with the local area is essential, as is experience in customer visits related to installment payments. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to effectively engage with customers and achieve collection targets.
