Field Collection (Lampung)

The Field Collection role at Amar Bank in Lampung involves working within the Digital Operations & Strategy team, specifically the Collection Retail Circle. Amar Bank is a digital banking institution licensed and regulated by OJK, offering secure and reliable fintech-based primary banking services such as savings, deposits, lending, and transfers. Key responsibilities include conducting visits to Tunaiku customers who are in arrears, performing investigations and searches for these customers, negotiating the settlement of arrears, minimizing risks arising from the billing process, achieving set targets, and coordinating with related units both internally and externally to carry out strategies and achieve targets.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a high school education, possess a motorcycle with an active SIM C and STNK, be familiar with the area around their domicile or location, have experience in visiting customers regarding installments, and possess good communication and negotiation skills.
