Field Collection (Makassar)

The Field Collection role at Amar Bank in Makassar involves engaging directly with customers of Tunaiku, the bank's digital lending platform, who are in arrears. Candidates should have at least a high school education and possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) along with an active vehicle registration (STNK). Familiarity with the Makassar area is essential, as is prior experience in customer visits related to installment payments. Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role.
