Field Collection (Surabaya)

The Field Collection role at Amar Bank in Surabaya is part of the Digital Operations & Strategy – Collection Retail Circle team. This position focuses on managing and recovering overdue payments from customers of Tunaiku, Amar Bank's digital lending platform. The role is integral to maintaining the bank's financial health and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include visiting Tunaiku customers who are in arrears, conducting investigations to locate these customers, and negotiating the settlement of outstanding debts. The Field Collector is also tasked with minimizing risks associated with the collection process and achieving set targets. Coordination with internal and external units is essential to implement effective collection strategies.

Candidates must have at least a high school education and possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) along with an active vehicle registration (STNK). Familiarity with the Surabaya area is crucial for efficient customer visits. Experience in customer installment visits, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills, are required to effectively manage and recover overdue payments.
