Field Marketing Manager
LogicGate is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to develop and lead its U.S. field marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with Marketing and Sales leadership to create programs and strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing LogicGate's market presence and supporting its next phase of expansion.
Key responsibilities include owning the strategy, planning, and execution of U.S. field marketing programs, leading the full lifecycle of field events such as industry conferences and executive dinners, and engaging with the LogicGate/GRC community through social media campaigns. The role also involves tracking and analyzing field marketing performance, developing strong relationships with sales leadership, ensuring event messaging aligns with brand standards, and managing program budgets effectively.
Candidates should have over five years of field marketing experience with direct ownership of programs and events, preferably in a B2B setting. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required. Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, experience with event management tools, and strong project management skills are essential. The role requires excellent communication abilities, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset. Willingness to travel up to 25–40% and residency near Chicago are also necessary.
The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $103,000 to $118,000 per year, with additional variable compensation, equity options, and benefits.
