The Field Sales Director - FSI at SecurityScorecard is a pivotal role focused on expanding the company's presence within the U.S. Federal market, specifically targeting Federal System Integrators. This position involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive customer interest, adoption, and retention of SecurityScorecard's cybersecurity solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with customer security priorities.

Key responsibilities include qualifying and understanding target prospects' security needs, providing compelling associations to SecurityScorecard's offerings, and leveraging federal knowledge and market intelligence to drive sales outcomes. The role requires exceeding pipeline creation, booking, and revenue quota targets, as well as tracking, forecasting, coordinating, and reporting on sales opportunities. Establishing and managing business partnerships with key technology partners and Federal System Integrators is also essential.

Candidates must reside in the Greater Baltimore/Washington, D.C. Metro Area and possess over 10 years of sales experience selling software security solutions to Federal agencies and System Integrators, aligning with U.S. Federal Cyber mission imperatives. A demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets, proven experience developing relationships with senior executives, and a track record of selling Cloud Cybersecurity SaaS solutions to the U.S. Federal government and System Integrators are required.

SecurityScorecard offers a competitive salary, stock options, health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and more. The estimated total compensation range for this position is $275,000 - $325,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation is based on factors including skills, qualifications, and experience.
