Field Sales Specialist

Wolt is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to drive the expansion of its restaurant and retail portfolio in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Since entering the Kazakhstani market in 2019, Wolt has experienced significant growth, and this role is pivotal in continuing that trajectory. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing Wolt's presence and partnerships within the region.

The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential restaurant and retail partners that align with Wolt's vision. Key duties include exploring the market to uncover new opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospective partnerships, and negotiating profitable business terms. Collaboration with relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of new partners is also a critical aspect of the role.

Ideal candidates will possess strong B2B and B2C communication skills, both over the phone and in person. A passion for sales, resilience in the face of rejection, and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships are essential. The role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with a "hunter" mentality, capable of securing meetings with potential business owners. Fluency in Kazakh and Russian is required; proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
