The Finance Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including recording entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements. Additional duties encompass processing accounts receivable and payable, assisting with budget preparation, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The role also involves monitoring financial transactions to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
Candidates should have experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or accounting, or be pursuing a finance-related field of study. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Fluency in English is required, and German language skills are necessary for those based in Berlin. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
