Finance Analyst

The Financial Analyst position at GHJ offers an opportunity to join a dynamic Finance & Accounting team in Los Angeles during a period of significant growth. This role is situated within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department, providing exposure to various financial operations and strategic initiatives within the organization.

Key responsibilities include performing daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple revenue streams such as admissions, memberships, retail, dining, and events. The analyst will investigate and resolve discrepancies related to revenue activity and financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze operating data and financial performance metrics, assist with invoice processing and journal entries, and collaborate with internal departments to enhance financial operations.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis. A strong understanding of reconciliations and accounting fundamentals is essential, as well as proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (preferably NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset are also important.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
