Finance Associate (Senior Level)

Ice Miller is seeking a Senior Level Finance Associate to join its finance practice group, with a preference for the New York City office. The ideal candidate will have five to eight years of experience in complex financial transactions, particularly in private equity acquisitions and both senior and mezzanine debt transactions.
