Finance & Strategy Manager, Courier Group
Wolt is seeking an experienced Finance & Strategy Manager to join our global Finance & Strategy team, supporting the Courier function. This role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring optimal courier supply balance, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing comprehensive strategies to support our courier partners. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Courier leadership to set financial and strategic targets, analyze key performance indicators, and provide insights for strategic capital allocation. Responsibilities include developing advanced financial models, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and working with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and influence decision-making. Additionally, you will participate in developing and maintaining financial reporting tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial analysis.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with relevant experience in highly analytical roles such as Investment Banking, Consulting, or Financial Planning and Analysis in a tech company. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Looker, and the ability to work with large datasets are essential. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, along with excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly, are also required.
