This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of safety and quality, and delivering strategic business goals as we scale our production capabilities. The Operations Lead will manage key aspects of production management, including production planning, personnel development, order management, and day-to-day operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the dynamic and growing field of digital fabrication.

Key responsibilities include leading an hourly labor pool and support functions, encompassing oversight, resource planning, hiring, training, and skills development. Proven ability to align and implement business strategies effectively across multiple departments, demonstrated success in driving cultural transformation and organizational change during periods of rapid scaling, familiarity with safety systems like OSHA PSM or equivalent, and experience with advanced additive manufacturing technologies or digital fabrication tools are also desirable.

Formlabs offers comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans, along with 401K matching and access to financial advisors. Employees benefit from generous paid parental leave and, of course, unlimited 3D prints. The pay range for this position varies depending on the level of the role, with a range of $49,000 to $115,000 annually.
