Foreign Filing Assistant
The Foreign Filing Assistant will provide administrative support to the Foreign Filing Specialists within the Intellectual Property Administration team at Foley Hoag. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to enter the field of Intellectual Property law and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment.
Key responsibilities include drafting client reporting letters that convey foreign patent office correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client-specific instructions. The assistant will manage reporting workflows, prioritize tasks based on response deadlines, and maintain virtual files. Additional administrative support to the foreign filing specialists will also be required.
Candidates should have at least two years of office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Experience in drafting client correspondence is preferred.
