About The Role
We’re hiring our first dedicated Frontend / Design Engineer to own the end-to-end user experience across our core products and marketing site. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of design and engineering, establishing and implementing the design system, shaping the visual language of the platform, and rebuilding key interfaces to drive greater consistency, clarity, and usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with design, product, and engineering to develop, maintain, and evolve our design system, ensuring aesthetic cohesion and a scalable front-end architecture
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to align on requirements, feasibility, and sequencing, helping shape how features are built from concept through launch
- Document patterns, promote consistency, and drive adoption of shared systems across teams
