The Fulfillment Team Lead at Formlabs plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the fulfillment area during the first shift. This position supports the Production Manager by driving performance, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing team productivity. The ideal candidate leads by example, makes swift decisions to keep operations moving, and sets a high standard for efficiency and accountability.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of fulfillment processes to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to schedules, and high-quality output. The Team Lead actively supports Quality Control when needed, ensures a safe and organized work environment, and keeps the fulfillment line running without interruptions. Additionally, the role involves learning and applying proper labeling practices, proactively reallocating team members to eliminate bottlenecks, monitoring and addressing distractions, and supporting inventory control processes.

Candidates should demonstrate strong attendance and reliability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a practical problem-solving mindset under pressure. Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, confident leadership with a hands-on approach, and strong organizational and time management skills are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
