FullStack FrontEnd Engineer

Wolt is seeking a FullStack FrontEnd Engineer to join our Support Productivity team, focusing on developing world-class internal tools for customer, merchant, and courier support. This role is pivotal in enhancing our in-house chat application, which handles over 20 million conversations monthly, ensuring scalable, reliable, and efficient support experiences across our 30-country operation.

As a FullStack FrontEnd Engineer, you will develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks like React and TypeScript. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll translate designs and requirements into functional features, ensuring performance, scalability, and accessibility across various browsers and devices. Your responsibilities will also include debugging, testing, and maintaining codebases to uphold reliability and quality.

The ideal candidate has experience in frontend development, particularly with React.js and TypeScript, and possesses a strong understanding of building scalable and efficient frontend applications. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library is advantageous. Curiosity, a willingness to learn, effective communication skills, and a product-oriented mindset are essential. Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, and MongoDB is a plus.
