General Accountant – A/R

Rumble is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Accountant – A/R to join our finance team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of the Controller’s Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Rumble operates as a lean and agile company, encouraging all team members to contribute across various capacities to drive success.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, including responding to customer inquiries on invoices and payments, managing collections activities, and reconciling aged accounts receivable. You will also process and issue customer refunds, assist in preparing and issuing customer earnings or tax-related documents, and support the accurate recording of monthly revenues. Additionally, you will participate in SOX compliance activities and assist in the annual audit process.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management. Working towards an accounting designation (CPA) is considered an asset. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and NetSuite is advantageous, along with strong technical competence in Microsoft Office applications. The role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with effective verbal and written communication skills.

Rumble offers a competitive annual compensation range of $63,000 to $81,000 CAD, along with benefits and equity options.
