General Affair Supervisor

The General Affair Supervisor at Cermati is responsible for overseeing and enhancing office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. This role involves managing administrative staff, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining company assets and legal documents. Cermati, a leading financial technology startup in Indonesia, focuses on simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online, aiming to build a world-class fintech company in the region.

Key responsibilities include organizing office operations and procedures, planning and implementing office systems and layouts, supervising general affairs administrators, office assistants, and security personnel, managing petty cash usage, handling procurement needs for office operations, maintaining and renewing company legal documents and office permits, conducting regular office and building maintenance, and coordinating internal and external events with HR, IT, and other departments.

Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a similar role, experience in handling legal documents and liaising with government officials, strong multitasking and time management skills, the ability to anticipate potential office issues, effective communication skills across all levels of employees and management, initiative and responsiveness, the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, willingness to travel across the Jabodetabek area for official purposes, and flexibility to work off-hours, including nights or weekends, as needed.
