General Counsel

Doma Technology LLC is seeking a General Counsel to serve as the company's senior legal advisor across commercial, regulatory, corporate, transactional, intellectual property, and title insurance matters. This role involves advising business teams, negotiating agreements, supporting financing and corporate development, managing compliance-related legal issues and outside counsel, overseeing the intellectual property portfolio, and mentoring legal team members.
