General Counsel (Remote)

As the General Counsel at Myriad360, you will lead the company's legal strategy and operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a key member of the executive team, providing legal guidance on corporate governance, risk management, and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will oversee all legal matters, including contract negotiation, intellectual property management, and regulatory compliance. You will develop and implement policies to mitigate legal risks and ensure the company's adherence to industry standards. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will provide counsel on business transactions, employment law, and dispute resolution, while managing relationships with external legal counsel as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of a state bar. A minimum of 10 years of legal experience is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a corporate legal department. Experience in the technology sector, particularly in areas related to cybersecurity and cloud services, is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice in a dynamic business environment are essential.
