General Liability Associate Attorney

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced trial attorneys, providing support throughout the litigation process.

As a General Liability Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing cases from complaint through resolution, preparing legal reports and documents, and maintaining client relationships. You will also coordinate with expert witnesses, attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances, and collaborate closely with litigation paralegals and case managers.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law, is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen interest in personal injury law, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
