General Liability Associate Attorney

The General Liability Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, attending court appearances, and engaging in settlement negotiations. Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in general liability defense litigation is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple cases efficiently are essential.
