German-speaking Partner Onboarding Coordinator
As a German-speaking Partner Onboarding Coordinator at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in integrating new restaurant and retail partners into our platform. Operating from our Budapest office, you will collaborate closely with our German Merchant teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, making it suitable for students as well.
Your primary responsibilities will include guiding partners through the onboarding process, communicating requirements via email and phone (predominantly in German), and ensuring that all menu and content information is accurately uploaded and maintained in Wolt's internal systems. You will also monitor onboarding workflows, track progress using tools like and proactively address any issues that arise to keep the process on track.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken German and English, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with structured data and systems. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive mindset are essential. While prior experience in administration, operations, or customer support is beneficial, a background in hospitality, food, or retail industries is also advantageous.
