Key responsibilities include creating and supporting content for social media career platforms, utilizing AI and digital tools for content creation and optimization, and ensuring consistent brand presence across platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed. The specialist will also develop employer brand marketing capabilities linked to the firm's CRM, enabling targeted engagement with talent pools, and assist in generating content for employer brand toolkits for recruiters.

The role requires experience in employer branding, corporate branding, or marketing within a global or international organization. Strong passion and understanding of corporate brands, proficiency in social media content generation, and the ability to leverage data and AI-driven insights are essential. Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and content creation skills, along with flexible and effective written communication abilities, are also required.
