Global Head of Brand Media
As the Global Head of Brand Media at Wolt, you will lead the development and execution of our global brand media strategy across both offline and online channels. This role is pivotal in transforming brand media from a traditional reach-based approach to a measurable growth driver that aligns with our business objectives. You will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing & Innovation and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our media investments are data-driven and contribute to long-term business growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include setting the global brand media strategy by defining principles, frameworks, and investment approaches for offline and upper/mid-funnel digital media. You will build scalable planning and buying frameworks in partnership with brand, creative, and strategy teams to enhance consistency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will develop robust measurement systems to quantify the impact of top-of-funnel investments and drive holistic investment planning in coordination with performance marketing and analytics partners.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in brand media planning and buying, media strategy, or marketing leadership within multi-market or global environments. A strong understanding of offline channels such as out-of-home, TV, and audio, as well as upper/mid-funnel digital channels like programmatic and paid social, is essential. Experience in building scalable frameworks that support global standards with effective local execution, and the ability to connect brand media investments to business outcomes using various measurement approaches, are also required.
