The Global Head of Marketing Innovation at Wolt is a pivotal role within the Marketing function, responsible for leading the transformation of marketing operations through AI-powered workflows and intelligent decision systems. This position involves redefining marketing processes to enhance efficiency, personalization, and scalability, aligning closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement AI-driven solutions. The role reports directly to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing & Innovation.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a long-term vision for AI-integrated marketing strategies, identifying opportunities to replace manual tasks with automation, and overseeing the transition to AI-enabled operating models. The role also entails designing and deploying AI agents to automate workflows across various marketing functions, ensuring these solutions are seamlessly embedded into daily operations. Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build and implement AI solutions that align with business objectives and technical capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in product management, AI/automation, or marketing innovation within high-scale digital environments. A strong product mindset is essential, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions. A solid understanding of marketing platforms and ecosystems, such as marketing automation, CRM, and ad tech, is required. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams is also crucial.
