Global Head of Total Rewards
The Global Head of Total Rewards at Wellhub will lead the design and evolution of the company's global compensation and benefits strategy. This executive role is integral to aligning Wellhub's offerings with its wellness brand, facilitating expansion into new markets, and supporting the company's progression toward becoming a public entity.
Key responsibilities include defining and leading a multi-year Global Total Rewards vision that aligns with Wellhub's long-term business strategy. The role involves architecting scalable global compensation and benefits frameworks that balance global consistency with necessary local flexibility. Additionally, the position requires acting as a strategic consultant to senior leaders and the board, providing expert guidance on complex leadership decisions, including organizational design and high-impact talent movements.
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in Global Total Rewards, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership capacity within a high-growth or public company. A deep understanding of global business models and financial drivers is essential, along with proven experience partnering with Chief People Officers and Compensation Committees to design executive compensation and governance frameworks. Strong analytical skills, particularly in data modeling and AI-driven analytics, are also required.
In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $330,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
