The ideal candidate possesses a graduate degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services within a multinational organization. Experience in professional services is advantageous. A deep understanding of HR processes, proficiency in HR Information Systems such as Workday, and strong analytical and data-driven skills are required. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing senior stakeholders are also essential.
