Global Social Media and Community Manager
The Global Social Media and Community Manager at Atlas HXM is responsible for developing and executing the company's global social media and community strategy. Reporting to the Global Director of Brand and Content, this role focuses on elevating Atlas HXM's presence across digital channels, particularly in the United States market, to enhance brand authority and audience engagement.
Key responsibilities include translating broader marketing strategies into platform-specific execution plans across LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels. The manager will ensure all social initiatives align with the brand's voice and strategic messaging, drive measurable growth in share of voice and brand sentiment, monitor competitive activity, and collaborate with executives to amplify high-value insights. Additionally, the role involves active participation in relevant professional communities, building authentic engagement, supporting reputation management, and partnering with the Brand & Content team to repurpose content into high-performing social media assets.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in B2B social media, community management, or digital brand strategy, ideally within HR tech, SaaS, or a related technology sector. Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel social strategies in a global context, with experience targeting U.S.-based audiences, is essential. Strong understanding of social analytics, engagement metrics, sentiment analysis, and performance reporting is required, as well as experience collaborating with paid media teams or agencies to align organic and paid social initiatives. Excellent storytelling skills and familiarity with social scheduling platforms are also important.
