Global Social Media and Community Manager
The Global Social Media and Community Manager at Atlas HXM is responsible for developing and executing the company's global social media and community strategy. Reporting to the Global Director of Brand and Content, this role focuses on elevating Atlas HXM's voice across digital channels and fostering meaningful engagement within priority communities. The position emphasizes strengthening brand presence and share of voice, particularly in the United States market.
Key responsibilities include owning and evolving the comprehensive global social media strategy aligned with brand positioning and campaign priorities. The manager will translate broader marketing strategies into platform-specific execution plans across various channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Ensuring all social initiatives reinforce brand voice and long-term reputation goals is essential. Additionally, the role involves driving measurable growth in Share of Voice (SOV) and brand sentiment, monitoring competitive activity, and collaborating with executives to amplify high-value insights.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, along with over three years of experience in B2B social media, community management, or digital brand strategy, preferably within the HR tech, SaaS, or related technology sectors. A proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel social strategies in a global context, with experience targeting U.S.-based audiences, is crucial. Strong understanding of social analytics, engagement metrics, sentiment analysis, and performance reporting is required. Experience collaborating with paid media teams or agencies and excellent storytelling skills are also important. Familiarity with social scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Sprout, analytics dashboards, and CRM integration considerations is beneficial.
