Global Website Operations & Development Lead
The Global Website Operations & Development Lead at Atlas HXM is responsible for defining and executing the global website strategy, positioning the website as a central growth engine and customer engagement hub. This leadership role involves setting the long-term roadmap for website functionality, design systems, technology stack evolution, experimentation, and performance optimization to support Atlas HXM's business and marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities include overseeing website performance metrics such as conversion rates, traffic quality, site health, SEO performance, and user engagement. The role requires close collaboration with senior executives, UX/design, brand, product, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure the website accurately represents Atlas HXM's global brand. Additionally, the lead will mentor and develop website and digital operations talent, fostering a culture of innovation and best-in-class user experience.
Candidates should possess a BS/MS degree in technology, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 7–9 years of proven experience in website management, full-stack or front-end development, digital operations, or related fields is required. Demonstrated experience leading large-scale web development projects, SEO/SEM initiatives, and partnerships with agencies and technical partners is essential. Strong expertise with web analytics and management tools, as well as experience in landing page optimization and user funnel design, are also necessary.
