GOC | Junior Product Manager
As a Junior Product Manager at WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Warsaw, Poland, you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to develop data-driven marketing solutions, including the WPP Open platform. This role involves translating user needs and data insights into clear product requirements, ensuring our solutions are innovative, valuable, and technically sound.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in defining, documenting, and prioritizing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on user needs, business goals, and data analysis. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Data Scientists, and UX Designers to ensure a shared understanding of product features and their underlying data implications. Additionally, you will help manage and refine product backlogs, participate in agile ceremonies, and support release cycles.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a product, business analyst, data analyst, or similar role with exposure to software development. Proficiency in SQL is essential, along with a solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts. Fluency in English at the C2 level is required. Experience with data visualization tools and familiarity with Agile methodologies are strong pluses.
